This shipping policy specifies the rules for sending and receiving goods ordered through the site www.stay-tuned.store These delivery rules are included in and constitute an integral part of the General Terms of Use and Sale of the site www.stay-tuned.store a>, available here.

Sending the ordered goods

The Seller organizes the delivery of the ordered goods depending on the method chosen by the Buyer. 

The buyer can choose to receive the ordered goods to the regular postal address indicated by him in the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria by transport organized and carried out by the Seller.

The ordered goods are sent to the Buyer after payment of their price, except when it is chosen to make the payment by cash on delivery.

Unavailable goods

In the event that the ordered goods are not available in stock at the manufacturer, the Seller shall notify the Buyer by e-mail of this and of the time it will take to produce and deliver the ordered unavailable goods. The buyer has the right to refuse the ordered non-available goods if the production and delivery time is unacceptable to him. In this case, the Seller shall refund without undue delay the sums paid by the Buyer for the ordered and unavailable goods. In these cases, delivery is not made.

In the event that the Seller is unable to fulfill the contract due to the fact that the ordered goods are permanently unavailable/unavailable or for other reasons, he shall notify the Buyer and refund the amounts paid by him without undue delay. In these cases, delivery is not made.

Delivery time

The delivery time of the ordered goods is indicated on the site on the page of the relevant goods. 

The Seller may not delay delivery beyond the stated delivery time, except when the ordered goods are not available in stock at the manufacturer, the Seller has notified the Buyer by email of the time it will take to manufacture and deliver the ordered unavailable goods and the Buyer does not has repudiated the contract. In this case, the delivery is carried out within the period that the Seller has specified by email to the Buyer for the delivery of the ordered unavailable goods.

The Seller notifies the Buyer by email about the shipment of the ordered goods.

Delivery of ordered goods is not carried out on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

Non-receipt of the goods by the buyer

In the event that the Buyer is absent during the delivery, he will be contacted again and if within 14 working days the delivery is not made, the Seller shall notify the Buyer of the failed delivery attempt and give the Buyer a new opportunity to receive the ordered goods. In the event that the Buyer does not receive the ordered goods within 7 days of his notification, or of the Seller's unsuccessful attempt to contact him, the Seller has the right to cancel the contract for the sale of the ordered goods. The seller in this case refunds without undue delay the sales price received, less the costs incurred for the failed delivery.

Rights of the user in case of delivery delay 

When the Seller does not deliver and hand over the goods within the time specified above, the User demands from him that the delivery and handover of the goods be carried out in an additional specified time depending on the circumstances. If the Seller does not deliver and hand over the goods within this additional period, the consumer has the right to cancel the contract. The seller in this case refunds the received sales price without undue delay.

The User may immediately cancel the contract without giving the Seller an additional period for delivery when

1. The seller has refused to deliver the goods, or

2. the delivery of the goods within the agreed delivery period is essential for the User, taking into account all the circumstances of the conclusion of the contract, or

3. The User has informed the Seller before the conclusion of the contract that it is essential that the delivery be made on a precisely specified date or by a specified date at the latest.

Assuming the risk of loss or damage to the goods

The risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the User at the moment when he or a third party indicated by him, other than the Seller's supplier, accepts the goods.

When the User has limited the transportation of the goods by himself, by choosing a supplier who is not among those with whom the Seller works, and he has assigned him to transport the goods, the risk passes to the User when the goods are handed over by the Seller to the selected by the User provider. 

Obligations upon receiving the goods

The Buyer must inspect the goods at the time of delivery and handover and if they do not meet the requirements, notify the Seller immediately. 

If the Buyer does not notify the Seller of the identified nonconformities, the goods are considered to be approved as conforming to the requirements, except for hidden defects.

If the Buyer has the status of a User, the rules of the legal guarantee apply to him, in accordance with the rules of the General Terms and Conditions for the use and sale of the site, the Act on the provision of digital content and digital services and on the sale of goods and the Act on the Protection of users.
